What is the closest hotel to the Conference?
All Conference sessions will take place in the Gaylord National Convention Center which is within the Gaylord National Resort. Staying at the headquarters hotel will not necessitate exiting the building to attend sessions.

How far is the other hotel from the Conference?
The Westin National Harbor is an easy one block walk from the Gaylord Convention Center.

When can I make hotel reservations?
Hotel reservations will open on June 1, and are only available to confirmed attendees. Once your registration balance is paid in full, you will be able to make hotel reservations through your attendee record.

What type of deposit is required to make a hotel reservation?
No deposit is required to make reservations at either the headquarters or additional hotels; however, payment in full is required to retain reservations at the Gaylord National Resort. Reservations at the Westin National Harbor require credit card information to hold the reservation; the card will only be charged if the guest cancels within three days of the start of the reservation, or fails to show up.

What if I need to cancel my Conference registration and/or hotel reservation?
Conference registrations and headquarters hotel reservations (Gaylord National) may be cancelled by using the Gaylord Cancellation Form. Refund amounts are determined on a sliding scale for all cancellations.

Cancellations at the Westin Hotel can be completed by completing and returning the Westin Cancellation Form by December 31, 2009. All Westin hotel cancellations after 2009 must be made directly through the Westin. (301) 567-3999

Cancellations at other hotel properties must be made directly with those properties and are subject to each property's cancellation and refund policies.

What if I need to add a night to my reservation at the Gaylord National Hotel?
