Fees & Payment

Registration fees must be paid in full prior to gaining access to the Conference hotel block. No advance deposits are required to make hotel reservations at either property.

The Conference has purchased all hotel rooms in the block at the headquarters hotel and has paid in advance for these rooms. Consequently, all reservations made at the headquarters hotel must be paid to A+ Events in full. All reservations made at the Gaylord National Resort, if any are available, will require payment in full at the time the reservation is made.

Reservations made at additional properties do not require advance payment, but are subject to the individual conditions of sale for each specific property.
