Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations at the Gaylord Hotel may be made at any point by faxing a completed Gaylord Cancellation Form to A+ Events. Early cancellations are less burdensome to the conference than those occurring closer to the event. A sliding scale refund policy addresses this issue and accurately assesses financial responsibility for the cancellations that create the greatest financial burden on the Conference. Cancellation assessment percentages apply to all cancellations, regardless of the reason, and apply on all purchases on an attendee record, including registrations, special events, and hotel reservations. Assessment percentages also apply equally to items in a paid or payment due status. Cancellations at the Westin Hotel can be completed by completing a Westin Cancellation Form and faxing it back to A+ Events. Cancellations at all other hotels are accomplished directly with the individual hotel. Cancellation fees are not assessed by the Conference, but may be charged by the individual property, based on their policy.
