Exhibit Hall Hours

After significant interviews with a sampling of the 2009 exhibiting companies, we heard a wide array of opinions about what constitutes the perfect exhibit hall schedule. To accommodate these differing viewpoints, we will offer two exhibiting options: Extended Hours and Reduced Hours. Booths in the Extended Hours section of the Exhibit Hall will provide the maximum available exposure. Booths in the Reduced Hours section of the Exhibit Hall provide companies with the opportunity to focus on concentrated networking time with attendees, while tearing down earlier to accommodate travel schedules.

When selecting a booth, please choose one in your preferred section. Each exhibit booth must remain staffed and intact during the specified hours of the section in which the booth was purchased.
