What is an Authorized Exhibitor Representative?
The Authorized Exhibitor Representative is a an individual from an exhibiting company who is present at the Conference and is authorized to act on
the company’s behalf. This registration is included with purchase of any exhibit booth and the individual must be identified by December 1. The
Authorized Exhibitor Representative is responsible for Conference check in for the company, distribution of materials, including name badges, to
other company staff, and resolution of any onsite issues.
How do I view my company’s registration record for this Conference?
Select the “Account Log In” tab on this website. Click on “Access Existing Account”
and enter the user name and password established at the time of sign-up.
The company record provides a summary of your account including exhibit booth, exhibitor staff registrations, sponsorship purchases, program
listings, invoices and payments, as well as access to purchase additional items.
How do I register staff for the Conference?
Log into your company record, as described above. Select the “Register Attendees” button from the available options and complete the information for
each registrant, including name, title, and all contact information. Payment may be made by credit card online or a check may be mailed in;
registrations are only confirmed after full payment has been received.
How may I cancel our exhibit booth or sponsorship?
All cancellations require the submission of a signed Booth Cancellation Form. Exhibit booths, sponsorships and advertisements are all nonrefundable
at all times.
How do I cancel exhibitor staff registration?
All cancellations require submission of an Exhibitor Cancellation form.

How many attendees are expected to attend?
We plan to welcome 2600-3000 attendees to the 2010 Conference.
How many attended last year?
This past year, we had 2700 registered attendees. (Not including exhibitor staff.)

Is the booth carpeted?
The exhibit hall aisles are carpeted but the individual booths are not.
Of the remaining booths, which location is the best? Which location would you choose?
Booth selection is very individual for each organization. Organizations use different criteria in selecting a location that fits
their products and services. The exhibit hall is designed to encourage attendee participation in all areas.
I would like to select two booths but the website isn’t working?
Exhibit booths are available in the configurations and locations as shown on the map with a limit of one booth per company. If you are interested in
securing a larger booth please contact 1.800.2566452.
How does it work with two different times in the Exhibit Hall?
An air wall is located at the dividing line between the two sections. The air wall will be closed when only the Extended Hours
area is available. The air wall will begin opening at the specified opening hours of the Reduced Hours section. This procedure
will be reversed during the move out of the last show day.
Where may I order carpet (or other items) for my booth?
The online exhibitor kit includes information, contacts, and order forms for additional exhibitor needs.
